No need to bring anything for your treatments. The Chi Spa will provide slippers, bathrobes and towels, plus a locker with its own key that will remain in your possession during your stay. The Chi Spa is not liable for any lost, misplaced or forgotten items.
We recommend that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your reservation to give you time to change and have a cup of tea, and to maximize the allotted time of your treatment. If you are late, you will reduce the treatment time, its effectiveness and your pleasure, but not the price.
We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure your preferred time and service are available. When booking, you must provide details of your credit card. Any cancellation that is notified 24 hours in advance, will suffer no charge. However, if the cancellation or change is made within 24 hours, and in case of no show, the full treatment amount will be charged to your card. In case of service packs, we will be deduct a session from your pack. We don’t confirm appointments.
The use of mobile phones and smoking in all areas is prohibited.
In case of problems of hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, allergies or any health problem, or if you are pregnant or if you are taking Retin-A, racutane, or any photosensitive medication, etc., please consult the therapist when arriving at our reception, before beginning your service. Any condition mentioned or not mentioned, could reduce the effectiveness of the service or may require medical permission.
